Thinking outside of the box, lead Allison Fronk to her successful career as a REALTOR.  After having their first child, Michael and Allison Fronk made the joint decision for Allison to end her flight attendant career with American Airlines.  Allison gives a lot of credit to her success in real estate to her training and life with American Airlines.  It was there, she also worked in the Public Relations department during her pregnancy. 

"I already had the customer service and communication skills down pat as a flight attendant, but it was working in the Public Relations department where I learned all about marketing and was able to combine those skills later on as a REALTOR.  It takes those basic skills along with a lot of creative ideas and perseverance to be successful in today's changing real estate market", says Allison.

After several successful years as a REALTOR in Baltimore, Maryland, Allison and Michael decided to move their family to Allison's home state of Florida. 

"Returning to my home state to work as a REALTOR, helping other families realize their real estate dreams and many times relocation dreams of moving to Florida is a fantastic job," says Allison.

Allison specializes in relocation, move up buyers, luxury home sales, first time home buyers, and downsizing buyers.  She also has extensive experience in new home sales, construction, and waterfront properties.

Allison is a native Floridian raised in Key Largo, FL.  She is a graduate of The University of Georgia.  Her real estate education includes, Buyer Representation Specialization, Certified Relocation Counselor, Contract Negotiations and Home Staging, just to name a few.   Her passions include spending time with her children and husband, boating, snow skiing, and of course all kinds of water sports associated with the great state of Florida.
